Finally Formally Unveiling New Project

      Happy Monday. I didn't time travel this weekend. This post is being penned on Monday afternoon, long after the goal of all posts posting at 11:11 AM on the day they are assigned. Slightly off-schedule, but overall staying on task. I hope to catch up the posts for the rest of the week tomorrow, and be back on schedule too. 

     Monday posts are for lists, schedules and announcing new stuff. Let's get on with it. 

     Mistress is still in Richmond, Virginia. This is both a wonderful, and an awful thing. Richmond feeds my soul,I will stay here until I am old and gray and really not complain about it much. But I do have things to do in Massachusetts. My regulars are blowing up my phone, and I am so sorry that I still don't have travel dates firmly established. I very much want to see my favorite bottoms. I love that I am meeting new subs here, but I haven't been here long enough to have the same connection established with them. There is something so special about seeing a client you have known for a decade, can't have that in a place you have only been for 2 months. I have projects on hold with Mistresses Liberty and Dahlia, and several lovely little subbies that I am so disappointed that I have to continue to reschedule. I also need to claim my winter wardrobe, and move my belongings to long term storage or light them on fire, whatever feels right in the moment. The things that altered my plans were beyond my control. I am now reclaiming all control of all things, and seeing what I can do to magic a trip up soon. So please know coming back to Massachusetts is very high on my To Do List, it is a top 10 item on a list that is at least 100 items long. When I know dates, you will know dates. I will announce it loudly on all platforms. 

     The new project that has kicked off. If you follow me anywhere you have probably already caught the soft launch. Deep breath and dive, let's say it out loud: Mistress Cassidy is now offering live cam shows with Chaturbate. I am the boldest person I know, excuse my ego but it is a true statement. They pointed out that I can stay in touch with my regulars no matter where I am. That I can grow my base, and reach subs everywhere. There may have been some ego feeding compliments too, ones appreciating the things one can see and ones that really feed me by recognizing the parts of me you can not. I was terribly resistant to the idea. But not for the reasons you might think. It had nothing to do with modesty, Mistress has no modesty. It was thoughts like, what does the optics on that look like? Does this negatively impact my brand? Real Dommes don't cam. Real Dommes do not take requests from boys. Have You Missed Me?

How much have you missed me? Have you been pining away for me? Holding your breath desperately wishing I would return? And yet you didn't send me presents, or flowers for my new space. We really need to work on how you express your feelings.

I've missed my blog so much. There's a half dozen, half completed entries stored organically in the left side lobe. This one and at least one other will make it out into a shareable form, the others will likely get lost in idea purgatory. Oh well, only the strong survive. 

I had every intention of focusing on my blog during my time in Richmond, the best of intentions. Do you see Samuel Jackson about to waste Flock of Seagulls every time you hear best of intentions too? Let's not talk about our intentions, best or otherwise, let's focus instead on what has happened.  

Right before I left Massachusetts a good friend in Virginia reached out to offer her condo to me. She has a commitment that has her traveling at this time too, and her place would be sitting empty if I didn't need it. Isn't it funny how things come together when one is on the right path? An affordable and comfortable space to use pretty much as long as I need, I can take my time looking for a space that meets all of my needs. The universe is so kind to me. 

My travel schedule was changed by factors beyond my control. The plan was to be back in Massachusetts October 5th, it is the 8th and here I am in Richmond. It inconvenienced me, but I am trying my best to remember what I said above, things work out when one is on the right path. It is so much easier to remember when the unexpected thing is happy surprise. It isn't too hard to accept being in Richmond longer than planned. I am thrilled to be home again. I am not sure when I will be returning to Massachusetts next, but it will be within the next few weeks. I believe I will be able to commit to dates within the next few days. If we had tentative plans during my return please know that I will be reaching out to you as soon as my plans are firm.  

I have 2 new projects I had planned on unveiling in this post today, but I think the official announcement is being pushed back to Thursday's Q&A post with slave allan. I may let it slip before then on Insta- you know how bad Mistress is with surprises. You do follow me on Instagram, right? 

The scene in Richmond is as different from Massachusetts as it was when I was here before. Submissives are reaching out tentatively. I am hearing similar stories from each. It has been a long time since a professional of note called Richmond home. Traveling dommes and would-be dommes pop up from time to time. The standards and ethics of each varying greatly. The subs here are reluctant to session at a hotel, and try harder for a public pre-session meeting. I'll indulge them until my permanent space is established. I am so happy to be home, and I am so looking forward to expanding the scene experience here. 

Oh and I did a thing five days ago. I wasn't planning on talking about it until the 10th, until it was a thing I did 7 days ago. See above and how horrible I am with surprises. I quit smoking. I feel much more confident this time is The Time. Five days no slipping up, no stolen drags off of friends smokes or 2 AM quiet my thoughts emergency smokes. I step away when I am around smokers. I accept it is my responsibility to not ask, not theirs to say no to me. And when my thoughts have been overwhelming, which sometimes they are, I remember all the other problem solving skills I have. Smoking was never really a problem solving tool, it was just its own problem that needed to be fed so I could deal with other things. I don't suspect I am going to talk about it much more after this post. I will probably announce that it has been a week on Facebook on Wednesday and that will likely be the last of it. 

Mistress has a full week ahead of her. There are promotional photos to take, and announcements to pen. Getting back on track with the pace I want to keep here. Monday: Where is Mistress this Week?

In less than 2 weeks Mistress Cassidy kicks of her Richmond, Virginia adventure. Also referred to in the vanilla world as Operation Go Home. August has been a whirlwind of work, trips, and more work. Somehow I do not feel exhausted. Oh there have been moments of exhaustion; but there have been far more moments of exhilaration. An idea I had been trying to quiet for years, just wouldn't go away. So I really contemplated it. It seemed it might work. If this happened, if that happened, maybe I could make this work. I believe in fate, in kismet, in the serendipitous nature of life. That was even the name of my farm, Serendipity. And while I believe this is a manifestation of those concepts, that this is the next best and right thing for me, getting here has not been all navel gazing and lounging poolside. I made a plan. I put it in action. I did the work. I want this, I deserve this, and I will have it. 

My sessions these past few weeks have been amazing. New submissives, returning clients, an eclectic range of themes; every one of them has just felt more magical. slave allan has been a helpful little slave doing what I have asked of him. I guided my boi through some challenges. I have a new devoted subbie that I am contemplating collaring. My top heard my moments of anxiety, and helped me stay focused through them. It has not been easy, but my efforts have netted results. 

Where can one find Mistress this week? Sadly this is the point where I must say if you haven't already confirmed an appointment with me, chances are you will not be able to until I return in October. If you had been penciled in but have failed to confirm, reach out now. I forgot my calendar somewhere last night, fate may have saved your spot for you. I am picking it up momentarily. Reflecting and Looking Forward

Last week was a great week. I saw two new submissives. Each very different, but each very enjoyable for me. Do you like to see the things Mistress finds challenging? There's not many, but this is one of them. I am an exhibitionist. I had two great sessions. I want to share every last salacious detail, I may even have photos of said details. There was Mister Pain's Fire and Ice party here at Safe Haven Friday. Did you miss it? Oh, sorry for you. There are things I can share here though, some things anyway. I picked up platypus stuffies for some of my favorite littles.

He went on to say that he has known of me since I sessioned in Raynham. Do you know when my dungeon was in Raynham? 1999 through 2002. Feed my ego subbie boy, we can be friends forever. I don't know where it came from, but I am feeling rather playful now. I could swear I was a little tired when I put my fingers on the keys. More seriously, he was a great guest and I wish I had had a little more free time to spend with him. How closely do you pay attention admirer from 1999? Get in touch before I head to Virginia. There was another great first time guest, with a great name. I do hope he's a fan as well and I wish him every happiness on his upcoming adventure. What else? My Hazey was here, but she had to leave early. Silly girl is always over-committing herself. With Hazey's early departure I found myself in need of a body for my ice and wax show. A regular at our events and a known face in the local scene graciously offered himself. It was wonderful to engage in some of my favorite play with a new-to-me body. Thank you again Knotty. Mr Pain threw a great party, Safety Dave is an accommodating venue owner and Miss Sunshyne as always reminds me why her scene name is her scene name. Thank you for keeping me supplied with chocolate, circus music and whatever other unreasonable requests I made of you.
Now onto the upcoming week:

I debated if I was going to share it here. Accountability overruled risk of embarrassment and the promise of a surprise. I am horrible with surprises, and I will go to great lengths to avoid embarrassment. Of course I am going to share it here. I am quitting again tomorrow. I have worked through my disappointment in how it went the last time, and I recognize now the things that helped and the things that did not. I am embracing my OCD tendencies. There are 7 vapes pictured, one that fits perfectly in my hand, makes an obnoxious cloud and is filled with my favorite strawberry milk flavored oil. Two that are similar and filled with my back-up flavors. Three mouth to lung devices filled with high nicotine oil for when the cravings are physical. And one special let's take a nap device filled with a completely legal here substance that is not nicotine. I am prepared, motivated and ready to do this. For those who may wish to be helpful I have a couple of ideas. Share my promotional stuff if you can. I know, you can't on Facebook so many muggles, but you can on Fetlife. I can't sit at the keyboard for the first few days. I need to not lose my presence online while I focus on real life. If you need to reach me, text is best. For the first week or so, please my wonderful smoking friends, I promise to do whatever you ask of me to assist you if you're ever trying to quit and to not bug you about quitting when I am successful, please say no to me when I ask. I'll do my best not to ask, but it is so hard. Encouragement in the form of flowers and chocolates is never a bad idea either. I will never say, oh no really I have too much chocolate and no place to put more flowers. 

What else is on the agenda? My plans to go to Virginia at the beginning of September are coming together perfectly. The universe is giving me everything I asked for and I am checking off goals daily. I am still available for sessions with new and returning submissives, but I am going to take a pass at parties this weekend. A week smoke-free is too fragile to hang out with my smoking friends, or worse smoking strangers who I haven't asked nicely to say no to me. I am virtual dungeon hunting, packing and super excited to see how every thing I am doing is bringing me measurably closer to what I wish for, it confirms for me that this was a great idea. 

There is a post written, scheduled to go live Thursday. Before this day is over, another will be added for Tuesday. There are few more things on my Pre-Monday To Do List, and I trust that by the time this post is live, all will be good and right in the universe again. After all Monday is the very best day of the week.

Where to Find Mistress Cassidy this Week

Let it be known that Mistress is sitting at the keys on Sunday evening updating my schedule, writing entries and purring with happiness after the most wonderful weekend in recent memory. Wednesday, remember I have explained this before My weekend begins on Wednesdays, saw me in the studio with my good friend Lunchbagg. He is an aspiring musician, and host of a fun podcast hosted in Providence. Expect some cross-promoting links to be posted in another entry this week. Lunch and his crew are muggles, but very open to learning about the scene. Mistress may have turned one into an explorer. I have a new goal list for August, all about making moving in September go as smoothly as possible and Thursday some time was invested in those projects. Friday I saw a new subbie I suspect I will see again. And of course Saturday was spent at Twizted Acres, where for the first time in months nearly all of the regulars were in attendance. There were a few notable exceptions, it is still summer and kinksters take vacations too. I missed my friend who reenacts the Buffalo Bill scene when Goodbye Horses plays on my playlist, and his pretty, energetic subbie. I missed Mistress X and our late night chats. My favorite glass artist and her smoke show partner were not able to attend. I was hoping a certain newbie would be returning this week, but sadly she did not. It is unfortunate that this was the week they missed, because the house was jumping all night. I am pretty sure that every body this week had a scene of significance in the course of the night. Today I napped, and prepped for my most favorite day of the week; Monday. And shh, Mistress tries not to kiss and tell so don't go telling people about this; but through all of this wonderfulness, at the most perfect moments and completely unexpectedly my phone would ping and I would find my top's smiling face and thoughtful messages waiting for me. I suspect my decompression, my drop in adrenaline will be a gentle slope this week and  I will navigate life in the vanilla world smoothly until I am back in my real world next.

Monday: May 8th 2017

It's a week into May, and so far, it's getting a mixed review from me. While it hasn't been utterly dead in the studio, it has been slower than I would like. I have been clicking away at the keyboard. I've made steady and significant progress on several projects, but I haven't completed one yet. The garden is exploding with flowers from all the rain, while the riding ring  is ankle deep mud. Over all I suppose all is well, but there is definitely room for improvement. 

Let's get on with the list. 

• New Toys: It's been a few weeks since I mentioned picking this up, I finally had a chance to try it out. (The picture will be at the bottom. I can't seem to post it here without messing up the formatting.) It's the pink seat bouncy seat with a built in, vibrating, oh I hate to be vulgar but I'm at a loss for a delicate term for it. The pink seat with the big vibrating cock. There just say it and move on. It came from Love Honey, which you will find the link to right over there----> on the sidebar, and if you order through that link I will get a little commission. I forget the exact price, but it was under $40 and my order qualified for free shipping. The shipping was lightning fast, and the packaging was completely discreet. Just another big brown box like my mail carrier is use to dropping on my doorstep every few days. It has to be blown up of course, I don't know if you could affix a bicycle pump to the valve. I know if you are me you can hand it off to a slutty sissy submissive (try saying that 3 times fast), and promise them they can be the first to try it out if they blow it up. I think most ladies would find the toy to be a great size, and the range of vibration to be pretty standard. My slutty sissy submissives though will probably think it looks a bit too small and then find it is actually a bit too big when they try to use it. Covered with latex and plenty of lube, with patience it'll fit.Because it's a seat, and we had it set up on the floor, gravity wanted to challenge patience and have it slide home faster. Setting it up on the edge of a bed may make it easier to use, and I suspect for taller than average subs, it would be much more comfortable on a surface higher than the floor. I'm very happy with the purchase. There are certainly better, oh here we go again with the vulgarity, there are better fucking machines on the market. They sell for significantly more than $40 bucks. This was inexpensive, seems very durable, and it is easy to clean. If one doesn't have a private playroom where one can display big pink cocks on a bouncy chair, inflating and deflating for storing after each use might become a pain in the ass. But in my studio it can sit right in the middle of my toy room. 
• Nails & Toes: They're naked again. I have a professional mani & pedi scheduled later this week. 
• New Projects: I believe I will be unveiling the project I've been fine-tuning this week. The next entry should be the big announcement and I think the next entry will be on Wednesday. Another project that really needs to go on the To Do List, is creating an email sign-up gadget. Then you'd be notified whenever there was a new post or project. 
• Looking Forward To (Scene): I believe I am going to do a double Mistress scene with a very good friend, a talented life style player I've been trying to convince to join me in sessions for years, later in the month. For now it is a one time engagement, but my fingers are crossed that she'll love it and regularly join me in the dungeon. 
• Looking Forward To (Vanilla): Things are relatively quiet in my vanilla life. It's almost, but not quite time to schedule the first camping trip of the season. Almost but not quite time to open the pool for the summer.

Tuesday is the New Monday

What's better than any Monday? A Monday that also happens to be the first of a new month! If Monday is a new notebook, with infinite possibilities; a month starting on a Monday is a new Trapper Keeper with matching folders. Mistress is a bit of a dork, I am OK with this. You should be too or you should look for a new dominant to follow and/or serve. 

• New Toys: If I'm not mistaken this will be the third time I type, no new toys lately. It's almost like my wishlist isn't posted on my website & my subbies don't know what I need. 
• Nail & toe polish: Completely naked on both fronts. I've been in the garden or the stable every moment it hasn't been raining. A deep moisturizing session is in order before fresh paint. 
• New Projects: Steady progress is being made on the as yet unrevealed new project. I'm hoping it will be ready for sharing in the next week or so...hold your breath for me, it may make me work faster. Oh OK that's a fib, but it will amuse me if you turn blue like a smurf for a minute or two.
• Ebook Updates: Progress here! Yay! My muse started singing and I banged out another few pages and edited what was done previously. I'm going to remove my self-imposed deadline here. It was intended to motivate me, it failed.The ideas come when the ideas come, forcing it when it's just not happening makes it sound awkward and labored.  
• Looking forward to (scene): I have a couple of old friends stopping in the studio over the next few days. Looking forward to some extended scenes. There's also a couple of rough draft entries awaiting tidying up & posting here. Watch for them. 
• Looking forward to (vanilla): We can probably just always assume that this space will contain the words horse, garden in some combination until summer. At that time it will be edited to say horse, garden, pool, beach. 

Monday's List: On Tuesday

My vanilla world has been a little full the past few days, so this week's Monday List took til Tuesday to exist. Oops. 

• Available Days: I'm not sure if I have any days open this week. Again, my vanilla obligations are a bit more full than normal. I may have some time open on Thursday, the weekend looks promising too.

• New Projects: I have a couple of projects that I am super excited about. Neither is really ready for the big reveal yet though. At least one of them will be unveiled in the next few days. Come back & watch for it. 
• Ebook Updates: Ya, nothing to see here. That line on my daily To Do List has remained un-checked for days & days now. 
• Looking forward to (scene): I think, fingers crossed, I'm finally going to get around to taking some new photos. 
• Looking forward to (vanilla): I did get some of the work I had planned for the garden done when the weather cooperated for 1 minute the other day. Looks like it's going to rain forever now. No pony riding, and no digging in the dirt until it stops. I may build a fire in the fireplace one last time tonight though, it's really not chilly enough to justify it but I'm going to miss it over the summer. 

Monday's List: April 17th

Mistress had a wonderful Easter with friends and family that I do not get to see nearly often enough. I hope my readers and subs had the same. I am refreshed and eager to swing my flogger soon.
A week ago I introduced a new, regular feature on this blog. The Monday List, last week's can be found here. The following is this week's list:

• Available Days: I have time available Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday this week.
• New Toys: Sadly I have not done any toy shopping. It's on the agenda to order a new ball gag, seems one of my favorites disappeared. 
• Nail & toe polish: My pamper toes are sporting a navy blue, my fingernails are naked at the moment. Before the day is over they'll be "Crime of Passion" red. 
• New Projects: I assigned Slave allan, a project that amused me last week. I must remember to follow up & see if he completed it satisfactorily. 
• Ebook Updates: I'm excited to share that my ebook idea came off the "To Do Soon" list, and moved to the "Off to a Good Start" list. A slow start, just 450 words without editing, but a slow start is still a start. 
• Looking forward to (scene): I have a couple of fun sessions scheduled for this week. If you ask nicely perhaps I'll share the details in an upcoming post. If you beg and whimper, maybe I'll post pictures too.  
• Looking forward to (vanilla): Gardening! I planted about 150 bulbs last fall; daffodils, tulips, irises, gladiolas and saffron crocuses. They're all poking through the soil, and 2 yellow daffodils are just about ready to bloom. This week I'll be spring cleaning the veggie beds and making final decisions about what I'm planting this year.
